Full and part-time positions available with availability to work up to 1 hour after closing times.

• Summer Hours (Memorial Day to Labor Day):
  • Sun–Th: 11am–11:30pm
  • Fri–Sat: 11am–midnight
• Winter Hours (Labor Day to Memorial Day):
  • Sun–Th: 11am–11pm
  • Fri–Sat: 11am–11:30pm

About the Role

A Store Associate is a vital part of the Andy’s team and the face of our brand. This individual works at a fast pace, creating and delivering high-quality frozen custard while providing exceptional customer service. Store Associates play a large role in the entire Andy’s experience.

Requirements

• Extremely hands-on position; must be able to physically work all shifts up front serving guests and staff
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and energetic demeanor
• Ability to lead by example and uphold high operational standards in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays

Physical Requirements

• Constant standing and walking
• Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 55 pounds independently and safely
• Occasional use of ladders, stairs, or ramps
• Constant use of computers, point-of-sale registers, and fountain equipment
• Frequent flexing or rotation of the wrist and spine
• Constant reaching, turning, and precision work around the fountain area
• Constant verbal communication and clarity of vision at near and far distances
• Ability to work outside in various weather conditions
