About the role

A Store Associate is a vital part of our Andy’s team and the face of our brand. This individual works at a fast pace, creating and delivering high-quality frozen desserts while providing exceptional customer service. Store Associates play a large role in the entire Andy’s experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the best frozen treats in a fast-paced environment
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Uphold high operational standards
• Work hands-on in a guest-facing role, assisting both customers and staff

Requirements

• Friendly, enthusiastic, and energetic demeanor
• Ability to lead by example and maintain high standards in a fast-paced setting
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays

Physical Requirements

• Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 55 pounds independently and safely
• Occasional use of ladders, stairs, or ramps
• Constant use of computers, point-of-sale registers, and fountain equipment
• Frequent flexing or rotation of the wrist and spine
• Constant reaching, turning, and precision work around the fountain area
• Constant talking and verbal communication
• Constant clarity of vision at near and far distances
• Ability to work outside in various weather conditions
• Constant standing and walking
