Stockroom Supervisor

About the role

Cintas is seeking a Stockroom Supervisor to lead and direct a fast-paced and dynamic Production Stockroom team. This is a management position with management responsibility and accountability for the bottom line results. Hands-on responsibilities involve being able to perform the physical requirements of all stockroom functions, including standing, twisting, stretching, bending and lifting over an entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Hiring, motivating, training and directing individuals performing entry-level positions in the warehouse stockroom of uniform garments
• Managing the accuracy of orders placed and filled
• Application and stripping of emblems
• Repairs of garments
• Managing overall location material costs percentages

Requirements

• Ability to stand for 7 hours of an 8-hour shift
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1–3 years of production supervisory experience
• Availability to start within two weeks after offer acceptance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using a sewing machine in an industrial environment
