Pick and Receive

  • Receive incoming shipments from central Shipping/Receiving Area, verify their contents, and inspect for damages or discrepancies.
  • Maintain documents related to parts.

Stockroom Management

  • Organize merchandise in the stockroom, ensuring proper labeling and categorization.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly stockroom to facilitate easy access.
  • Restock shelves and display areas with merchandise as needed.
  • Maintain inventory levels to ensure products are readily available for customers.
  • Report any discrepancies and assist in reconciling inventory records.

Part Distribution

  • Pull parts from inventory for work orders.
  • Pack and label merchandise for outgoing shipments accurately, following company guidelines for packing and shipping.
  • Pick up and drop parts to local vendors when needed.

Tool Room Operations

  • Issue tools and equipment to workers and maintain records of tools and equipment issued and returned.
  • Mark and identify tools and equipment.

Coordination and Support

  • Cook with sales associates, managers, and other stockroom personnel to ensure smooth operations and timely merchandise retrieval.
  • Coordinate Outside Service.
  • Operate forklift.
  • Create FedEx, YRC, and other shipping documents.
  • Assist in the Shipping Department when needed.
