Stockroom Clerk II, 1st Shift (8:00am - 4:30pm)

In this role you will handle typical materials, inventory, and warehousing transactions, perform and record physical cycle counts, replenish stock, and manage put-away functions. You will maintain records of materials in inventory and on order, ensuring accuracy of data entry into the inventory system to support manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, quality, and engineering operations. This fast-paced environment requires an organized individual with strong attention to detail who thrives in a collaborative team setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform stockroom duties according to written policies and procedures.
• Utilize and maintain FIFO inventory control methodology.
• Replenish material to the correct department storage location.
• Organize and consolidate materials, ensuring ERP locations are updated.
• Accurately process all material movements through the RF device.
• Respond to material requests, stock checks, and status board emails.
• Pick sales orders and perform all transactions in ERP.
• Process intercompany transfers.
• Ensure quality and accuracy in work, including picking and labeling materials correctly.
• Store material according to SOP and work instructions.
• Report discrepancies to Supervisor.
• Perform cycle counts with assistance.
• Assist with Engineering Change Orders, Change Orders, quality holds, and material quarantine notices.
• Cross-train to perform all Receiving Clerk I functions.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area, including aisle and workstation maintenance.
• Participate in Lean initiatives.
• Manage time wisely and maintain good attendance in accordance with company guidelines.
• Adhere to all Company health and safety policies and procedures.
• Work as a member of the team.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Windows, Teams, training software).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic math skills.
• Good time management and organization skills.
• RF experience.
• Forklift Certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma – Required.
• 1 year of related experience.
• AX experience – Preferred.

Pay

The starting pay rate for this position is $18.00 - $21.59 per hour.

Schedule

First shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
