About the role

We’re looking for a Stockroom Assistant to join the team at our Prince Street Store. You’ll be working behind the scenes to make sure the store is running like clockwork, supporting our sales team to deliver amazing service to our customers. You’ll be organising incoming deliveries, assisting in the preparation and processing of wholesale (WS) orders, including packaging, tagging, and quality checks, running regular reporting, but most importantly making sure our wonderful customers have a seamless and positive in-store experience.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper receipt of new deliveries (unpacking, sorting, labelling, scanning and storage).
  • Work closely with the store team to support sales and operational needs during busy periods.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of wholesale (WS) orders, including packaging, tagging, and quality checks.
  • Assist with the set-up of quarterly wholesale markets, ensuring all stock is steamed, tagged, and hung accordingly.

Inventory Management

  • Partner with the US Sales Manager to maintain accurate stock inventory across both Retail and Wholesale products.
  • Take stock counts with 100% accuracy and report discrepancies in a timely way—working towards your KPIs and reporting on low stock items and concerns.
  • Ensure all items are correctly ticketed, steamed (if needed), and presentation ready.

Back-of-House Organization

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and functional stockroom.
  • Take initiative to keep product easily accessible for the sales team.
  • Uphold operational and organizational standards consistently.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with physical tasks including lifting, unpacking, and moving stock.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Previous stockroom experience essential.

Schedule

  • Part-time: 15–25 hours per week.
  • Open availability, including Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Shifts may take place before store opening, after closing, or during regular business hours, depending on business needs.
  • Flexibility to support during peak trading periods and deliveries.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary, commission, and bonus structure.
  • Generous staff discount and uniform allowance.
  • Work Anniversary scheme celebrating loyalty.
  • Access to internal Learning & Development platform for skill growth and career progression.
  • Collaborative and dynamic team environment where initiative is valued.
