Stocking Team Trainer
About the Role
Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. This role requires the ability to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Operating heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.
Pay
Hourly Wage: $18 - $31 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
