Stocking Team Trainer
Pay
Hourly wage: $17 – $30 per hour (actual rate meets or exceeds the local minimum wage). Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply when criteria are met.
About the role
Stocking associates focus on unloading trucks and stocking new freight, spending most of their time in the backroom. The role requires the ability to lift heavy objects exceeding 50 pounds and may require operating heavy machinery such as forklifts.
