Stocking Team Trainer
About the role
Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. Stocking associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.
Pay
Hourly wage ranges from $19 to $32 per hour, meeting or exceeding the applicable minimum wage for the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may also be paid, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
