About the Role

Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and stock new freight
• Work primarily in the backroom
• Lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds
• Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts as necessary

Pay

• Hourly wage: $19 - $32 per hour (actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location)
• Annual or quarterly performance incentives
• Premium pay of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed (multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met)
