Stocking Team Supervisor

Location: Walmart Supercenter #2074, 1350 S Seward Meridian Pkwy, Wasilla, AK 99654. Employment type: Full‑Time.

About the role

Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom.

Responsibilities

• Unloading trucks
• Stocking new freight
• Working primarily in the backroom
• Lifting heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds
• Operating heavy machinery such as forklifts when required

Requirements

• Ability to lift heavy objects over 50 pounds
• Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts (may be necessary)

Pay

Hourly wage range: $22 – $35 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage for the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums can apply when criteria are met.
