Duties And Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional company image by adhering to grooming and uniform guidelines, including slip resistant shoes.
• Communicate and partner with the General Manager, vendors, and airport staff to ensure proper compliance to rules and regulations for deliveries and movement of merchandise throughout the platform.
• Provide best in class customer service through efficient inventory control processes and distribution.
• Utilize and respect company issued tools and resources, with applications based on security practices of work environment.
• Create and maintain good working relationships with fellow associates.
• Maintain warehouse appearance with respect to creating a safe working environment in compliance with Health & Safety regulations, housekeeping, and maintenance standards.
• Conduct receiving, cycle counts, product returns, transfer transactions, etc. on handheld or Company equipment.
• Complete any required process controls (paperwork, etc.) efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure consistent application of stock security as per defined processes.
• Resolve inventory control issues and escalate as required.
• Report discrepancies according to defined process.
• Comply with all local, state, federal laws and regulations including those relating to food safety.
• Follow correct First In, First Out process.
• Maintain good time management.

Position Qualifications

• Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team-oriented environment, which may include nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Excellent customer service skills and an ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Strong self-motivation, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Positive interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter able to prioritize and handle various tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations.
• Proficiency required in reading, writing and mathematics in English.
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs., perform essential job functions such as standing, bending, reaching, gripping, climbing on a ladder and walking long distances.
• Able to work in an environment with varying temperatures.

Education, Experience, Certifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• ServSafe Food Handlers certification or equivalent, as required by brand and local, state, and federal jurisdictions.
• Minimum 1-year of Food and Beverage or Retail warehouse and/or customer service experience required.
