Stocker Overnight & Early Mornings

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist customers in locating products.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience, including cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with omni‑channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Unload trucks, stock merchandise, and execute planogram (POG) processes.
• Maintain store recovery standards, including merchandise return/go‑back and general store recovery to keep the store well‑merchandised and in‑stock.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
• Interact with teammates in an accepting, respectful, and positive manner, serving as a role model for others.
• Cross‑trained in custom framing sales and production.
• Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Experience

Retail and/or customer service experience is preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to remain standing for long periods.
• Ability to move throughout the store, including regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
• Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves using a ladder or similar equipment.

Work Environment

The role is performed in a public retail store setting with climate‑controlled public areas. Stock rooms may not be climate‑controlled, and occasional outdoor work may be required for tasks such as retrieving shopping carts or unloading trucks. The frame shop contains a glass cutter and heat press. Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
