Stocker, Incentive 3rd Shift

Position Overview

The Stocker, Incentive role involves ensuring cases are placed in pick slots and scanned into the Warehouse Management System.

Job Description

Contribute by:

• Cutting cases and placing product in pick slots
• Ensuring all pick slots are stocked and damage free
• Ensuring trailers are loaded securely and safely to avoid associate injury and damage to product in shipment
• Coordinating with lift drivers and supervisor when pallets need to be replenished
• Organizing work area to ensure products are slotted correctly to avoid mis-picks and scratches
• Keeping work area clean and hazard free
• Working in a safe and efficient manner
• Performing other job-related duties as assigned

Continually Standing, bending, pulling, lifting, pivoting up to 90% of shift, Walking between 6-12 miles per day on various surfaces including concrete, tile, carpet, etc., Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more, Frequent lifting of product ranging from floor to overhead, Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height, Safe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools
