Stocker

Responsibilities

• Lift product up to 50 lbs.
• Work on one's feet for extended periods of time.
• Stocks product on platforms, shelving, peg hooks and in baskets or refrigerated cases as needed.
• Handles power and non-powered equipment and hand tools to move stock as needed after proper training.
• Follows all check-out and cash handling procedures and policies.

Requirements

• Average 20 hours of paid vacation per week.
• Must work at least 1,000 hours in a year to qualify for a 401(k) and Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
• Health, vision, dental insurance available for full-time employees.
• STD and LTD insurance available for full-time employees.
• Year-end bonus after the first year of service.

Qualifications

• Proven, efficient retail sales experience in dry grocery, perishable, meat, general grocery, cash management, and excellent customer service.
• Willingness to clean and maintain a safe working environment.
