About the Role

As a Grocery Stocker, you play a pivotal role in maintaining our promise of quality, freshness, and authenticity. You'll be the force that ensures our aisles are always filled, displays are appealing, and products are easy for customers to locate. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will set the stage for our customers' overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently restock shelves, ensuring products are organized, faced, and rotated correctly.
• Safely unload products from incoming trucks, and inspect deliveries for accuracy.
• Regularly inspect products for quality, removing damaged or expired products.
• Ensure all displayed prices are accurate and clearly visible to customers.
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of aisles, back storage areas, and display cases.
• Operate forklift equipment safely, following company guidelines and safety protocols.
• Assist customers in locating products, offering recommendations when asked.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure all tasks are completed promptly.
• Perform other tasks to ensure the overall success of our company.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Enthusiastic and passionate about your work.
• Dedicated to exceeding customer expectations.
• Candidates must be 18+ years or older.
• Complete a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to perform physical tasks for prolonged periods.
