Stocker

About the role

As a Part-Time Stocker you will keep retail stores organized and shelves full by unloading product deliveries and moving product to the sales floor. You will maintain the visual presentation of the sales floor, greet customers, and assemble products for displays and customers as needed. Customer service is part of the expectation. Northern Tool + Equipment serves tradespeople and weekend warriors, aiming to provide the right tools and a hassle‑free experience. Responsibilities

• Sorting merchandise from pallets to carts for easier stocking and putting the product in the proper places in the store or backstock areas.
• Complete endcap resets, modular resets, pod creation, and store front facing.
• Working backstock bins and working top stock down.
• Assisting customers with carry‑outs to their vehicles and assembling products for customers or display.

Requirements

Spanish language skills preferred.

Schedule requirements: Early mornings, 12‑20 hours per week.

Qualifications

Prior retail sales, cashier, stocking, or customer service experience is admired but not required.

Flexible availability and willingness to work some weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay

Competitive Pay: Earn $13.00 – $18.90 hourly, with exact compensation personalized based on skills, experience, and location.
