Stocker
About the role
At Northern Tool + Equipment, we serve the tradespeople who keep our country running strong and the weekend warriors who want to work like them. This role involves adapting to a fast-paced and energetic environment, keeping our retail stores organized, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Sorting merchandise from pallets to carts for easier stocking and placing the product in the proper locations in the store or backstock areas.
- Completing endcap resets, modular resets, pod creation, and store front facing.
- Working backstock bins and working top stock down.
- Assisting customers with carry-outs to their vehicles and assembling products for customers or display.
Requirements
Spanish language skills are preferred, but not required. Flexible availability and willingness to work some weekends and holidays as needed are also important.
Qualifications
Prior retail sales, cashier, stocking, or customer service experience is admired, but not required. A love of tools & equipment and excellent communication skills are essential.
Skills
Able to lift 70 lbs and possess a service-focused mindset are key.
