About the role

Responsibilities
- Sorting merchandise from pallets to carts for easier stocking and placing the product in the proper places in the store or backstock areas.
- Completing endcap resets, modular resets, pod creation, and store front facing.
- Working backstock bins and working top stock down.
- Assisting customers with carry-outs to their vehicles and assembling products for customers or display.
Requirements
Spanish language skills preferred.
Qualifications
Prior retail sales, cashier, stocking, or customer service experience is admired, but not required.
Flexible availability and willingness to work some weekends and holidays as needed.
A love of tools & equipment.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to lift 70 Lbs.
Service-focused mindset.
