About the Role
As a Stocker, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, moving, and cutting open cases of product within or near the work site. After product is cut open, you will place the stock on the corresponding shelves by reviewing UPC codes.
Responsibilities
- Reads carton labels or follows verbal requests to ascertain cases to be moved.
- Cuts open cases of product with knife cutter provided.
- Ensure accurate cutting and stocking of items, verify condition, style, SKU#, quantity, and serial numbers of items.
- Match carton label to rack label and load materials from work station onto racks in appropriate slots.
- Counts and records number of cases cut and stocked on daily production sheet.
- Stacks or assembles materials not used onto carts.
- Meets productivity and accuracy standards.
- Performs other duties and tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Basic computer skills – able to use a login and password, follow simple instructions.
- Previous experience helpful; one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers.
- Ability to write and speak simple sentences in English.
- Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
- Maintain general housekeeping of work area.

Schedule
4 days/week, 10-hour shift from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
Location
Conveniently located at 150 Blackstone River Rd, Worcester, MA on a bus route.
