Stocker
Your Role at Dollar Tree
As a Stocker, you’ll be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of your assigned store, including:
- Receiving merchandise
- Unloading trucks
- Processing freight in a safe manner in accordance with productivity standards
- Merchandising and stocking as needed
- Assisting with the cash register and supporting customers
- Ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Communicating effectively with customers, associates, and leaders
- Maintaining professional and friendly interactions
- Aiding in the cleanliness of the store
- Cleaning and restocking bathrooms
- Sweeping and mopping floors
- Taking out the trash
- Maintaining neat and presentable areas
Your Skills and Experience
- Ability to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height
- Frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- High level of integrity
- Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting

Qualifications
Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting. Strong communication skills are required. High level of integrity is required. Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting is required.

Pay
Full-time employees are paid on a bi-weekly basis.
Schedule
Full-time employees work a standard 40-hour week, typically Monday through Friday.
