Accountabilities
- Oversight of day-to-day equity administration activities
- Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless employee experience
- Partnering with internal stakeholders and external providers to manage complex equity transactions, reporting requirements, and process improvements
- Administering equity programs, including RSU and PSU grants, stock option exercises, employee stock purchase plans, vesting events, releases, and termination-related transactions
- Managing equity activity within Equity Edge Online (EEO), including grant processing, participant communications, reporting, imports/exports, and release administration
- Cooking stock option exercises, including same-day sale, sell-to-cover, cash exercises, and 10b5-1 plan transactions
- Managing RSU and PSU release processes, including tax reconciliation, payroll coordination, validation activities, approvals, and post-release reporting
- Administering employee stock purchase plan activities, including enrollments, contribution tracking, purchase events, reconciliations, and compliance monitoring
- Serving as a knowledgeable resource for employee equity questions and driving improvements through automation, documentation, and process optimization
Requirements
- Hands-on stock administration experience
- Strong analytical capabilities
- The ability to manage sensitive equity data with accuracy and discretion
- CEP Level 1 certification (Equity Compensation Associate/ECA)
- 3+ years of progressive stock administration experience within a public company environment, with direct experience managing RSUs, PSUs, ESPP, and stock option exercises
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and large-scale data reconciliation
- Experience supporting SOX controls, internal audits, external audits, and compliance processes
- Solid understanding of equity taxation, including RSU/PSU withholding, ISO and NQ exercises, and ESPP tax treatment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to independently manage recurring daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex equity topics clearly to employees and stakeholders
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Finance, Payroll, Legal, HR, Compensation, and Accounting teams
- Familiarity with transfer agent processes, Computershare, DWAC, 10b5-1 plans, Section 16 compliance, Workday, NetSuite, or ASC 718 is preferred
