About the role
This is a Hybrid role (4 days in office / 1 day remote).
Responsibilities
- Operate state-of-the-art proprietary clearing and back-office systems.
- Solve unique and challenging problems in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Help develop these systems to achieve higher operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and/or support new business or investment products.
Requirements
- 0-4 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or Mathematics preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the drive to efficiently maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills and competency with MS Office products preferred.
