About the role

As an associate with Giorgio Armani Corporation, you will be part of a diverse team that drives sales, supports an excellent client experience, and ensures the store operates efficiently and effectively. You will combine entrepreneurial spirit, passion for the brand, and knowledge of the luxury/retail business with strong organizational skills to influence both client and associate experiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of merchandising strategies on the sales floor.
• Support a well‑organized stockroom and strong merchandise flow (replenishment) practices.
• Execute markdowns and maintain stock accuracy.
• Drive sales by ensuring efficient back‑of‑house operations.
• Provide excellent client service and contribute to a positive associate experience.
• Operate with integrity, a strong team mindset, and a results‑driven attitude.

Qualifications and Skills

• Preferred retail experience in a similar position.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated passion for teamwork.
• Preferred knowledge of retail systems.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Pay

The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly rate of $15.00.
