Stock Associate - New York

Nati Boutique, a rapidly growing boutique retailer, is seeking a Stock Associate to support inventory management, product movement between vendors and our Southern California locations, and overall supply chain operations. This on-site, back-of-house role is based at our Venice Beach warehouse and reports directly to the Operations Manager. Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with physical work in a fast-paced environment.

About the role

You will work with both product and data to maintain accurate inventory systems supporting all of our stores. The position operates in a garage-like warehouse setting but does not require operation of forklifts or heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Sort, scan, tag, pack, restock, and ship merchandise and orders as needed.
• Receive and process incoming orders, ensuring accurate recording in inventory management systems.
• Perform regular cycle counts of inventory and complete reconciliations.
• Monitor inventory levels and adjust stock as necessary.
• Assist with customer service inquiries and online returns.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Load and unload vehicles when needed.
• Occasional driving for pick-ups and drop-offs (valid driver’s license required).

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in an operational role supporting supply chain, inventory management, merchandising, or a related field (highly desired).
• Shopify experience is a plus.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required).
• Ability to stand for 8 hours and carry up to 50 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodation).
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Team-oriented, proactive mindset with the ability to work autonomously.

Schedule

• Full-time, typically between 9 AM–5 PM or 10 AM–6 PM.
• 1 weekend shift per week is required.

Pay

Hourly range: $20–$22.
