Stock Associate - Market Street at Lynnfield

Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Efficiently receive and stock merchandise, ensuring inventory accuracy and timely replenishment of the sales floor.
• Stockroom Organization: Maintain a well-organized backroom to maximize efficiency and support store goals.
• Mercandise Processing: Execute workload to labor productivity standards, including merchandise processing, steaming, markdowns, and transfers.
• Sales Floor Support: Assist in replenishing inventory to ensure all available sizes and styles are represented on the sales floor.
• Visual Merchandising: Prepare merchandise according to company visual standards and support floor set execution.
• Customer Engagement: Support Sales Associates by assisting with sales transactions and maintaining store cleanliness to enhance the shopping experience.
• Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Address operational challenges with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Extensive standing, walking, reaching, bending, pushing/pulling and maneuvering around store, hang/fold merchandise, ladder climbing, operate POS registers and other company mobile devices, occasionally operate trash compactor (where applicable), occasionally use hand truck, lift and carry up to 42lbs, etc.
