Stock Associate, BLM Emporio Armani

About the role

You will be part of a diverse team who drives sales, supports an excellent client experience and ensures the store operates efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support the store's merchandising strategies
• Assist in understanding the business on the sales floor
• Use insights from the sales floor to improve the store's business
• Operate with integrity, have a strong team mindset and be results-driven
• Drive sales by ensuring a well-organized stockroom and strong merchandise flow (replenishment) practices
• Execute markdowns and maintain stock accuracy

Qualifications & Skills

• Preferred retail experience in a similar position
• A high school diploma or GED
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Demonstrated passion for working as a team
• PREFERRED: Retail System knowledge
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends
