Responsibilities

• Stock items on shelves and maintain the neat, orderly condition of the store.
• Receive merchandise from vendors and other stores, placing them in the proper shelf locations.
• Check off merchandise as received and correct mistakes found on inventory count sheets.
• Assist in pulling parts during busy times.
• Clean up inside and outside the warehouse.
• Work with the stock manager to address any problems with orders.
• Resolve issues with warehouse stocking.
• Perform miscellaneous projects and other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Accurately follow written and verbal directions.
• Maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements.
• Focus and remain on task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Effective time management and ability to work well under pressure.
• Collaborate effectively with staff members and supervisors.
• Open availability, flexibility to work various shifts, and overtime as needed.
• 1-2 years of stocking experience preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety measures.
• Maintain and promote workplace safety.
• Experience securing and transferring cash or other assets.
