About the role

As a Stock Associate, you will contribute to the lifecycle of every customer's purchase by handling furniture logistics, assisting customers with loading purchases, and maintaining an organized backroom and showroom floor to ensure an ideal shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Offload and load trailers of furniture for assembly, arrangement, and display on the showroom floor.
• Assist customers by loading their purchases into their vehicles.
• Maintain a clean and organized backroom and sales floor.
• Adhere to Raymour & Flanigan’s safety practices, promote awareness, and ensure a neat and safe work environment.
• Routinely lift, lower, push, and pull furniture of all sizes, up to and exceeding 200 lbs.

Requirements

• Ability to exhibit professional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well independently and with a team.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
