STNA State Tested Nursing Assistant Evening Shift

As a leading rehabilitation center in Toledo, Ohio, we are seeking talented and compassionate STNA State Tested Nursing Assistants to join our evening shift team.
As a STNA, you will play a vital role in our team's efforts to deliver high-quality patient care and support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist our nursing staff in providing personalized care to our patients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, participate in vital signs monitoring, mobility, and other daily living activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist with vital signs monitoring, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen saturation
- Aid in transferring patients, using proper body mechanics and equipment as needed
- Assist with mobility and ambulation, including transfers and positioning patients safely
- Participate in daily living activities, such as bathing, grooming, and toileting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Document patient information and care activities in accordance with facility policies and procedures

Requirements
- STNA certification in the state of Ohio
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred (new graduates welcome to apply)
