STNA - Nurse Aide

About the role

We are hiring Full Time, Part Time, and PRN State Tested Nurse Aides (STNAs) for our state-of-the-art skilled nursing facility. If you are not yet certified, we can assist you in obtaining certification. This role involves providing direct care to patients and ensuring high-quality care delivery on our nursing units, meeting the needs of residents and their families.

Pay

$17 to $22.00 per hour, based on experience and licensure. Additional shift differentials are offered for evening and weekend shifts. Daily pay is available—work a shift and receive cash the same day.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) per the care plan
• Act as part of the nursing care team to ensure excellent care delivery
• Document care in the electronic medical record
• Provide feedback to individualize resident care plans

• Meet state eligibility requirements for STNA certification
