Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and ADL needs for the patients/residents per the care plan.
- Acts as part of the nursing care team to promote excellent care delivery to our patients.
- Documents care in the electronic medical record.
- Provides feedback for individualizing resident care plans
Requirements
- Meet the state eligible requirements for STNA.
- Has a sincere desire to work with elderly and enjoys working directly with residents, staff and families.
Pay
Pay range: $17 - $22 an hour based on experience and credentials.
Additional shift differentials for Night Shift and weekend shifts are offered.
Schedule
Facility is currently looking for Full Time, Part Time and PRN, NIGHT SHIFT Positions.
