Job Responsibilities
- Ensuring that residents' personal care needs are provided for with an emphasis on quality, compassion, and timeliness.
- Ensuring that residents' medical needs are addressed through the delivery of quality nursing care.
- Maintaining a physical environment in a clean, safe and pleasant manner.
- Ensuring that nutritional needs of residents are met in accordance with established care plan.
- Performing other related activities as assigned or requested.
Requirements
- Ohio State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credentials.
- Physical ability to move (sit, stand, bend and lift) intermittently throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift, push, pull and move a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Ability to assist with the evacuation of residents.

- Full-Time / Part-Time shifts available including 6:00A - 6:00P (12-hr), 6:00P - 6:00A (12-hr), 6:00A - 2:00P (1st shift), 2:00P - 10:00P (2nd shift), 10:00P - 6:00A (3rd shift), PRN (on-call) shifts.
