We rely on dedicated team members — from STNAs, RNs, and LPNs to Laundry Aides, Dietary Cooks, and Dietary Aides — to create the supportive environment our residents deserve. With guidance, training, and a culture rooted in respect, we ensure you feel valued and prepared to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver essential daily care, meaningful support, and a reassuring presence to every resident we serve.
• Provide skilled clinical care, restorative nursing, medication management, and attentive support to ensure each resident receives the highest quality of care.
• Ensure personal belongings, linens, and garments are properly cleaned, protected, and returned with care.
• Create the nourishing meals that bring comfort and enjoyment to our residents each day.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized kitchen and assist in delivering our restaurant-style dining program to residents.

Qualifications

• State Tested Nursing Assistants must be state-certified.
• Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses must have relevant certifications and licenses.
• Laundry Aides must have basic cleaning skills and attention to detail.
• Dietary Cooks must have culinary skills and knowledge of dietary requirements.
• Dietary Aides must be able to assist in meal preparation and delivery.
