About the role

Help at Home is seeking Home Care Aides to provide one‑on‑one support to seniors in their homes. Aides assist with daily living activities, light housekeeping, errands, and personal care, helping clients maintain independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning.
• Assist with personal activities including dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Run errands, grocery shop, and accompany clients to appointments as needed.

Requirements

• STNA certification OR completion of a Home Health Aide training program of at least 75 hours, including 16 hours of supervised practical training covering required topics.
• Good physical health and documentation of a tuberculosis test within six months prior to the first assignment (where required).
• Commitment to professional development, including completion of organizational and state‑required training.
• Compliance with state background screening requirements.

Pay
