About the role
Ensure product is pumped to specifications.
Responsibilities
- Follow daily pump set-up procedures.
- Assure weight is within allowed tolerance on all test/tanks.
- Coordinate the order in which products are to be pumped.
- Monitor pump levels by weighing raw materials in and out of the operation and adjust the injector to achieve desired pump percent.
- Maintain detailed record keeping to ensure injection sheets and batch documents are accurate and complete.
- Follow plant rules and working conditions as they pertain to GMP’s and clean equipment criteria.
- Frequent use of forklift and pallet floor jack to move meat from area to area.
Requirements
- Must have less than 7 occurrences.
- No write-ups in the past 12 months.
- Must be in present position at least six (6) months.
