Stitcher/ Perfect Binder Operator

Responsibilities

• Operation and routine maintenance of binding machines.
• Completion of job orders within 90 days of training.
• Maintenance of quality standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of successful employment in a production environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, safety guidelines, job instructions, and other work related material.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and via computer, including entering time sheet information into a system.
• Basic math skills for setup purposes.
• A strong mechanical aptitude.
• Familiarity with manufacturing environments and operation of moving equipment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Safety awareness to prevent on-the-job injuries.
• Ability to make small tool adjustments and use of lift equipment.

Pay

$16.00 - $22.00 per hour.

This position is open for 3 shifts, with the schedule being negotiated at hire.
