About The Job

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Stitcher to join our production team. This position is responsible for sewing and assembling garments or textile products according to company specifications and quality standards.

What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities

• Operate industrial sewing machines and related equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy
• Perform stitching, hemming, binding, topstitching, and other sewing operations
• Maintain consistent stitch quality and production standards
• Identify and report defects, machine issues, or material problems
• Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines

Skills & Experience

• Previous sewing or stitching experience preferred
• Experience using industrial sewing machines is strongly preferred
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required

Physical Qualifications

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
• Frequent use of hands and repetitive hand motions

Pay

The starting salary for this position is $15.50 – $17.50 and may increase to $20.75 depending on merit, length of service with the Company, and other factors.
