About the Role

Deliver and pump hazardous chemicals on oilfield wells according to customer specifications. Safely and responsibly maintain all equipment required to perform job functions.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and operate high-pressure pumping equipment to treat oil and gas wells.
  • Monitor pump rates, pressures, and chemical volumes throughout jobs and report back to the supervisor.
  • Properly maintain the pump truck and all company equipment.
  • Provide excellent customer service skills to all customers and field office personnel.
  • Maintain the highest level of safety at all times.
  • Work well independently and in a team atmosphere.
  • Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections of company vehicle and equipment.

Requirements

  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED).
  • Previous oilfield experience handling hazardous chemicals and treating high-pressure wells preferred.
  • Must possess, at minimum, a Class A CDL with Tanker and Airbrake endorsements.
  • Class A CDL is required to drive a tractor-trailer combination.
  • Possess a current Medical Examiner’s Certification.
  • Ability to read maps and follow driving directions.
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking in English.
  • Adhere to Jacam Catalyst’s Drug and Alcohol policy and agree to submit to random drug testing as a condition of employment.

Work Environment

  • Indoors and outdoors, with driving involved.
  • May be faced with working in temperature extremes.
  • Must be able to lift and carry 100 pounds.
  • Manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude helpful.
  • Use of safety equipment to include, but not limited to: hardhat, safety glasses, hearing protection, work boots, gloves, and H2S Monitor as required or needed.
