Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment in accordance with standard work instructions
- Load and unload materials, components, and finished products
- Perform assembly, machine operation, packaging, and other manufacturing tasks
- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality requirements and specifications
- Complete production records and documentation accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S principles
- Assist with equipment changeovers and basic setup activities
- Monitor equipment performance and report operational, quality, or safety concerns
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and work practices
- Support the achievement of daily production, quality, and efficiency goals

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 0–2 years of manufacturing, production, or related experience
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Experience using hand tools and basic manufacturing equipment is a plus

Physical Requirements

Schedule
This position follows a 12-hour schedule, which includes a rotating pattern of 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on (and vice versa), resulting in a mix of 3- and 4-day workweeks. The schedule includes nights and weekends as part of the rotation. Candidates must be willing and able to work this schedule. This role is also eligible for a shift differential: 10% added to standard hourly rates.
Pay
The typical base salary range for this position is between $44,000 - $52,000 annually.
