Stihl Technician (Full-Time)

About the role

In Vision Ace Hardware, we pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service. We are seeking a Stihl Technician and General Salesperson who can demonstrate a positive attitude and offer helpful service to our customers. This position is part of the ACE HARDWARE team, known for being 'THE HELPFUL PLACE!' The ideal candidate should be mechanically inclined, have experience with small engine repair and equipment maintenance, particularly with STIHL power equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain focus on quality customer service
• Increase sales of STIHL equipment
• Perform STIHL equipment maintenance and repairs
• Show consumers how to properly use a variety of STIHL power equipment

Requirements

• Timely attendance and willingness to work each day
• Physical abilities: standing for extended periods, bending, climbing, twisting, lifting up to 50 pounds
• Basic computer skills to navigate point of sale systems and use scanners

Qualifications

• Experience with small engine repair and equipment maintenance, preferably with STIHL power equipment
• Ability to demonstrate proper use of STIHL power equipment to customers

Pay & Schedule

• Flexible schedule available, including Saturdays or Sundays
• 35-40 hours per week
