Steward - Part Time

Responsibilities

• Foster a fun environment
• Be a gracious host to all guests and co-workers
• Promote a positive influence in the community and participate in company-sponsored events
• Promote and maintain all steps of the STARS program with each patron and employee you may come in contact with
• Perform normal and deep cleaning of various kitchen and dining area equipment and surfaces
• Maintain proper storage of equipment, chemicals, and restaurant supplies in compliance with departmental, company, and OSHA standards
• Ensure proper stocking and restocking of food line china and utensils before, during, and after restaurant hours of operation
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• A minimum of 21 years of age
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Six plus months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Word)
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, and fractions
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Ability to obtain ServSafe certification
• Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 25 lbs.
