Steward - Palmer House Hilton

Responsibilities

• Clean all chinaware, silverware, and cooking utensils; scrub pots and pans; and burnish silver.
• Monitor stock levels to ensure supplies and equipment are always well stocked and organized for seamless service.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness by performing essential cleaning tasks, including mopping and trash removal.
• Support events delivery by preparing and setting up clean serviceware for banquets and functions.
• Train and mentor team members, sharing expertise with new stewards to strengthen team performance.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to uphold the highest standards of guest and team member well‑being.
