What WE Are Looking For

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking individual to join our kitchen team as a steward. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. They must be a team player with a strong work ethic, capable of performing repetitive tasks while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. Physical stamina, time management skills, and the ability to follow instructions are essential. A positive attitude and a commitment to supporting overall kitchen operations are key to succeeding in this role.

What Is Expected Of YOU

• Provide excellent service to both internal and external guests, maintaining a professional and helpful attitude at all times.
• Scrape and clean dishes, silverware, and glassware by hand or using an automatic dishwasher.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors, remove all trash from kitchen areas, and ensure the dish room is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
• Perform additional reasonable duties to support overall kitchen cleanliness and efficiency.

Experience YOU Will Need

• High School/GED preferred
• 3-6 months experience preferred
• Bi-lingual is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Carry and balance trays of beverages
• Lift up to 25 - 30 lbs
• Stand for long periods
• Navigate crowded spaces
• Flexibility in bending and reaching
• Adaptability to casino conditions, including: Bright lights, Noise

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

• Able to obtain/maintain necessary licenses and/or certifications as required by local gaming regulations.
