Steward (Full Time Year Round 2026)

Responsibilities

• Maintain all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils in a clean and sanitized condition.
• Keep the machine dishwashing station, dish room, preparation, and storage areas clean and sanitized.
• Follow instructions and accept constructive feedback from departmental supervisors/ managers.
• Work in an environment that at times can be hot and humid.
• Maintain a neat and orderly work station.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, emergencies, and guest interaction.
• Report to work on time and in complete uniform.
• Absorb and assist in other areas as needed.
• Adhere to daily/weekly/monthly cleaning schedules in compliance with all departmental standards.
• Complete any task requested by a supervisor or member of the management team.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Steward or Dishwasher preferred.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a diverse team environment.
• Understanding of basic kitchen sanitation.
• Availability to work a schedule which will include holidays, weekends, and varied shift times.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to converse with guests and employees in English.
