- Clean and sanitize china, glassware, and silverware using dishwashing equipment;
- properly store all items after washing;
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and areas, including ovens, kettles, mixers, floors, walls, drains, and production spaces;
- Wash and sanitize pots, pans, and utensils using proper cleaning solutions and procedures;
- Manage stewarding carts, remove and dispose of trash, and clean walk-ins and refrigeration units;
- Safely handle, label, and store cleaning chemicals in compliance with safety standards and proper protective measures.

What To Bring
Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
Hawaii State Department of Health requires a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card
A Hawaii Driver’s License and Abstract is required for this role
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
