About the role

This position is responsible for cleaning kitchen areas, restaurant equipment and utensils using proper chemicals and cleaning agents to manufacturers’ guidelines. In addition, we strive to deliver our Five Star Experience to Guests and fellow Team Members. Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to guests and all other employees by exceeding our mission statement.
• Deliver our Five Star Experience to Guests and all Team Members by embodying our Mission Statement and Service Promise while adhering to department service standards. This entails consistency performing our service expectations of: Welcoming, Proactive, Seamless, Personalized and Valued.
• Scrape foods from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or conveyor to dishwashing machine.
• Clean dishwashing machine including traps, screens and delimes machine using proper chemicals while wearing protective gear.
• Wash pots, pans and trays.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors including floor mats.
• Wash work tables, walls, refrigerators, and cutting boards.
• Segregate and remove trash and garbage and places it in designated containers.
• Steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Wash and peel vegetables.
• Assist in the loading and unloading of goods and their distribution.
• Clean ceiling and/or ceiling tiles.
• Perform any general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned to adhere to health and safety standards.
• Assist Banquet Manager in all aspects of banquet functions. Including set-up, operations and clean up.
• Ensure compliance with all Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS) as well as all Tribal Internal Control Standards
