Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact for comprehensive client support, providing recommendations for tax optimizations.
• Lead and support a team of employees, including involvement in the training of our junior staff.
• Prepare financial statements for various business forms (sole proprietorships, partnerships, and corporations).
• Create business and personal tax returns.
• Handle correspondence and legal remedies with authorities, and assist during tax audits.
• Participate in firm development and decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed Tax Specialist (Steuerfachwirt) exam or nearing completion.
• Passion for commercial and tax law, as well as comprehensive client support.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Responsible, entrepreneurial mindset with quick comprehension.
• Engaged, motivated, and reliable.
• Enthusiasm for a fully digital work environment and willingness to contribute to further digitalization and automation, with a commitment to ongoing education.
• Proficiency in MS Office and DATEV is preferred.
• Strong client and service orientation.
• Enjoyment of diverse tasks (not just routine work) and a desire to take on responsibility.
• Team player with a collaborative spirit; ego-driven personalities are not welcome.
