Requirements:

• One / Two years of health care experience.
• Valid Driver's License and Car.
• Time management and organizational consistency.
• Smart-Phone and Tablet Skills.
• Pre-employment Background Check and Drug Testing.

Experience:

• Helping people recovering from: Strokes, Concussions, and/or brain injury.
• Within community settings.

Team members support clients with:

• Safety.
• Cooking, cleaning, and shopping.
• Organization skills.
• Medical and therapeutic rehab homework.
• Medication reminders.
• Social entertainment.
• Finding meaningful employment.
• Money management skills.
• Social skills.
