Qualifications

• Experience working with disabilities not required
• Driver’s License Required
• Reliable transportation

Helping people achieve better independence through various support services including housing assistance, supported employment, pre-vocational services, job coaching, independent living skills training, and more.

Recovery Assistant

Recovery Assistants provide companionship, encouragement, and support to individuals with brain injuries in their homes and communities.

Personal Care PCA

PCA's assist individuals with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.

Community Integrated Specialist

Community Integrated Specialists help individuals with brain injuries live more independently in their communities by providing support and resources.

Outreach Worker

Outreach Workers connect individuals with brain injuries to community resources and services, helping them access the support they need to thrive.

Support Health Aide

Support Health Aides assist individuals with brain injuries in managing their health and wellness, including medication management and medical appointments.

State Benefit Assistance

State Benefit Assistance helps individuals with brain injuries navigate the complex system of state benefits and entitlements to ensure they receive the support they need.
